"Felt a bit left on read"
I felt kind of ignored during the whole process. Whenever I reached out, the replies took a while to come back, and even then they weren’t always clear. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but it would’ve been nice to feel like someone was actually keeping me updated.

"Decent inventory, but auction access felt limited"
I signed up expecting a wider range of auction options, but a bunch of the cars I was interested in either weren’t available or had some odd access restrictions. The inventory wasn’t bad, honestly — there were still some solid listings, but the overall selection just didn’t feel as open or extensive as I was hoping for.

"Support was vague and ownership wasn’t clear"
I used salvagereseller.com for a car auction, and the website itself was mostly fine, but the support side didn’t really help much. I asked a couple of basic questions before bidding and the replies were short, like they were just trying to get through the message instead of actually explaining anything.
Once I got further into it, I felt like I was on my own with the fees, paperwork, and especially who was actually responsible for what. It wasn’t always clear if the issue was with them, the auction, or someone else, which made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not as straightforward as I expected

The fees didn’t really show up clearly until the very end, and by then it was way more expensive than I’d expected

I gave salvagereseller.com a try because I was hoping it would make finding decent salvage deals a lot easier, but it just didn’t feel like the value was there. A few listings looked “okay,” but too many seemed limited or not updated often enough.

For the price, I expected clearer details and a better shot at actually finding something worthwhile. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it’s not something I’d “pay for again.”

"Deposit refund was a relief"
I had to cancel my bid and wasn’t sure how the deposit refund would go, but it ended up being way easier than I expected. The money came back quickly, everything was clearly explained, and there wasn’t any weird back-and-forth. Definitely felt relieved after trying it

I ordered from Salvage Reseller the shipping process was a mess. The delivery kept getting pushed around, and every time I tried to get an update, it felt like customer service was just guessing or telling me whatever would get me off the phone. Nobody seemed to know when the carrier was actually coming, so I ended up waiting around for days. After this, I definitely wouldn’t trust their support to handle anything smoothly.

"Title paperwork was a mess"
I bought the car back in, I think, late May or maybe early June, and the title paperwork was just a mess. I kept waiting for the documents to show up and never got the paperwork I needed. Really frustrating having to keep following up with no clear answer.

"car showed up way worse than expected"
the car showed up in way rougher shape than i was expecting. there was extra damage that wasn’t really clear in the listing, the inside was dirty, and it needed repairs before i could even move it. the photos made it look a lot better than it actually was. frustrating, and i wouldn’t use them again.

I tried using it on my phone, but the pages were loading so slowly that it got annoying fast. The filters were kind of confusing too, and I felt like I was just stuck waiting in a queue half the time instead of actually getting anything done.

"Confusing and Unnecessary Bidding Hassle"
I tried bidding, but the whole process was frustrating. The fees and auction details weren’t explained clearly, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t really get much help. It felt like an unnecessary hassle and a waste of time, so I don’t think I’d bid there again

"Signup was more hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried signing up on salvagereseller.com and it was kind of annoying. The site felt clunky, pages were loading slower than expected, and the email verification step took a while to come through. On top of that, I kept getting these pushy reminder emails like I was taking too long to finish, which made the whole thing feel even more irritating. I did manage to get my account set up eventually, but it definitely wasn’t the best first impression.

I kept trying to pay and it just kept failing over and over. It was super annoying and made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be
